There is nothing more powerful for customer service than Southern Hospitality, however I feel that there is a greater need to educate photographers in general customer service techniques rather than just giving them a tool that will handle things for them and leave any client interaction full of akward pauses and uneasy situations that will hurt their reputation in the end. So to better serve this portion of your business I'm going to mix the important parts of this system into the other systems and teach you how to treat your clients through my newsletter.
