There are three sections on the site that you may need support for. Each section along with the support options are listed below.

ShowMeProofs Free Photo Proofing

The automated Bug Finder can help you find any obvious setup issues. It will explain the errors it finds as it walks you through your setup and can solve 99% of the errors that happen with the free system.

If you are still unable to solve your problem please use the forum for further assistance. For best results try to follow these guidelines:

  • Check the existing posts to see if your problem has already been solved
  • Describe the problem in the subject line of your post
  • Explain what is happening in detail and try to explain what you are doing when the error occurs
  • Please be patient, not everyone on the forum has seen the problems you are experiencing
Understand that posts titled "Help" or other similar non-descriptive subjects will most likely be ignored and possibly deleted by our automated quality filter. It's nothing personal, but if your problem is something that should require help then it deserves a quality subject line so that others can find the same help you received in the future.

Support for the free system will only be handled through the forum. Requests for support by email for the free system will not be answered.

*Upgrades for the free proofing system will no longer take place. If you need more features than the free system provides please upgrade to the Pro Proofing system.

If you are having trouble logging in to the forum or you are having some other issue with your forum account. Please send us an email telling us what is happening and we will see what we can do to help.

The forum is intended to be the primary support medium for this site, so if you are able to post your problem on the forum please do so. However we do understand if you are unable to post your problem and will be available for email support.

*Please note that the forum posts belong to the person writing the post and we can not always get involved in arguements or other discussions. If you have a problem with another user's post you have two options... you can either ignore it or mark it as spam. Abusive spamming in the forum will result in a user being banned from the forum as will abuse of the spam reporting feature. So please play nicely.
