First, try the Bug Finder to see if you can spot any obvious setup issues.
If that doesn't work, I'm sure we can solve it for you as long as you can do three things for us:
Let us know there is a problem.
Explain what is happening in detail and answer our questions in detail
Please be patient, we want to help you as much as you want us to
If you can do those three things for us we can solve just about any problem for you. You can start with item #1 by visiting our forum, going to the help section and starting a new post that describes the problem you are having. Every post made in the forum causes an email to be sent to us so we can moderate and respond quickly to everything in the forum.
